About Margaret Tucker
Margaret Tucker was raised in Houston, Texas. A high school graduate of St. Agnes Academy, she went on to pursue her Bachelor’s Degree in Business and English at Trinity University. She was then accepted to South Texas College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctorate in 2003.
In 2004, Margaret began practicing law in Los Angeles, California and the surrounding areas after passing the California State Bar. She remained in practice for several years after, concentrating much of her efforts on civil litigation and real property. She returned to Texas in 2007, staying home to focus on raising her children.
Margaret received certification as a mediator in 2009. She currently assists several Texas courts with mediation services. This prompted her to reignite her passion for practicing law. In 2012, she gained license to practice in Texas by passing the State Bar.
Margaret has two children with her husband, Mark. In her spare time, she loves to travel, read, spend time with her family, and coach for children’s sports teams.
